Skintone Jeans - Yellow

For fear of stating the obvious, these are the 'Skintone Jeans' in yellow, modelled by the superbly sublime 'Sushi'  from the 400 Club series. I just love the 400 Club girls, they really are beautiful and I think would be the hardest to part with as they were the 'first' commercially available Sybarites. They are over 15 years old now ... Wow! that time has flow by but I still get that 'buzz' when I look at them!

I think this is probably my favourite combination in this series of pictures I did for the jeans; yellow is my favourite colour so that's possibly why, but 'Sushi' is a perfect model for anything yellow or lime and she carries these off with pizazz.

'Sushi (LE 75) is modelling the 'Skintone' jeans in yellow, the silver paillette jacket from 'Apple', blue pearlised leather shoes  and belt from 'Meeow', 'Rock-It' hot pink PVC belt,  'Librium' wig,  'Rosemary' ankle socks and 'Disguise' yellow/blue/pink colourway scarf all by Superdoll.

Glamazon

This is a rare shot of my 'IT Girl' Inque without sunglasses ... I always say that I do not like her eyes but I think they actually look nice on this picture, probably because she is wearing a wig (another thing that she rarely does). This was the first Inque and her skintone and body-blushing are beautiful - the best ever on any Inque sculpt - but I thought her eyes were out-of-scale and too big and I do struggle with blue eyeshadow too (which she had lots of in a 70s powder blue!) so I toned it down with brown pencils. This Inque sculpt has never been repeated, which is a shame really, as I don't think the three later versions of Inque are as nice (Gen III, Gen_X and Ginza).

'It Girl' Inque is modelling the lace camisole from ‘Rock_It’, gold mini skirt from ‘Thyme’, suede and fur gillet from ‘Limousine’, ‘Hessiglam’ bag and wedge sandals, ‘Sugar’ default wig, gold ‘i-beans’ sunglasses, and hose from ‘Nudelegs’ hose pack all by Superdoll. Leopard print fur rug off ebay, gold chains and bangle by Doll-scum.

Knitorious Attention Seeker!

Funny how coincidental things happen isn't it? I have had this sweater on 'Sloane' for ages now and have been trying and trying to take a decent shot ... I must have had over 10 attempts over the past 9 months or so and have never been satisfied with the results. For some reason her face kept 'bleaching' out; not sure if it is the resin she is made from? Still not 100% happy but I think it will be the best I can do with it.

Anyhow, I bought this sweater on its own - it came in a three-pack - as I did not like the two other colourways (black tan and white and pink red and white). and Superdoll now have the set maked down in their Black Friday sale ... yes, that is how long it has taken me to get this shot! I could now get all three sweaters for a bit more than I paid for this one but hey! that's how it goes!

I did manage to bag the gorgeous magenta 'Venetian' outfit from the 'Fashion Police' collection though so I am not too upset! This was less than half-price and I have always liked it so am looing forward to choosing who gets to wear it ..... Hmmmmm .... I have it narrowed down to two and I think I know who will win!

'Sloane' (LE 134) from the 'Ban The Hunt' series of 2007 is modelling the purple/green sweater and fingerless gloves from the 'Knitorious' set, 'Rock-It' skirt, 'Apple' stockings and suspenders, 'Attention!' shoes and bag, 'Disguise' cats-eye glasses, 'Ban The Hunt camouflage hatbox and customised 'Firehead' wig, all by Superdoll
